General

• Discharge instructions for routine fractures (such as hip, wrist, etc) and less common surgeries will be provided at the hospital.  The discharge handouts linked below are for more complex injuries and specialty procedures performed by Dr. Ayzenberg.
   

Shoulder​

• Shoulder Arthroscopy (instructions for all arthroscopic shoulder procedures)

• Shoulder Replacement (instructions for anatomic, reverse and hemi-arthroplasty procedures)

• Shoulder Fracture
   

Knee

• Knee Arthroscopy without major repairs (only for those who do not have brace on after surgery)
   

• Knee Arthroscopy with STANDARD Meniscus Repair

• Knee Arthroscopy with COMPLEX/ROOT Meniscus Repair
   

• Knee Arthroscopy with ACL or PCL Reconstruction and NO meniscus repair

• Knee Arthroscopy with ACL or PCL Reconstruction and STANDARD meniscus repair

• Knee Arthroscopy with ACL or PCL Reconstruction and COMPLEX/ROOT meniscus repair

• Knee Arthroscopy with Multiligamentous or Posterolateral Corner Reconstruction
   

• Knee Arthroscopy with Patella Instability (MPFL Reconstruction) Surgery

• Knee Arthroscopy with Complex Cartilage Restoration Surgery
   

• Knee Patella Fracture, Quadriceps Tear or Patellar tendon Tear Surgery
